웹3 개발 촉진 태스크포스 위원 임명

정부는 7월 31일, 웹3 개발 촉진 태스크포스에 2027년 6월 30일까지 임기를 수행할 비상임 위원 3명을 임명했다고 발표했다.

타미르 압델와합(Tamir Abdel-wahab) 씨와 마틴 웡 롱인(Martin Wong Long-yin) 씨는 청년 추천 제도를 통해 2026년 8월 1일부터 태스크포스 비상임 위원으로 임명되었다. 또한, 케빈 쿠이 송(Kevin Cui Song) 씨도 2026년 5월 12일부터 태스크포스 비상임 위원으로 임명되었다.

 홍콩의 디지털 자산 개발을 통해 홍콩을 세계적인 디지털 자산 허브로 자리매김하는 것을 목표로 한다

재정부 장관은 2023-24년 예산안에서 홍콩의 웹3의 지속 가능하고 책임 있는 개발에 대한 권고안을 제시할 태스크포스 설립을 발표했다. 

이 태스크포스는 2023년 7월에 설립되었으며, 재무부 장관이 의장을 맡고 있다. 태스크포스에는 관련 시장 부문의 비공식 위원 외에도 관련 정부 주요 관계자 및 금융 규제 기관 대표들이 참여하고 있다.

 Appointments to Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development

The Hong Kong SAR Government announced on July 31 the appointment of three new non-official members to the Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development, with terms ending on June 30, 2027.

1. New Non-Official Members

• Mr. Tamir Abdel-wahab and Mr. Martin Wong Long-yin were appointed through the Member Self-Recommendation Scheme for Youth (effective August 1, 2026).

• Mr. Kevin Cui Song was appointed as a non-official member (effective May 12, 2026).

2. Background & Objective

• Mission: Position Hong Kong as a global digital asset hub through the strategic development of its digital asset ecosystem.

• Establishment: Announced by the Financial Secretary in the 2023–24 Budget and officially established in July 2023.

• Composition: Chaired by the Financial Secretary, the Task Force comprises non-official members from relevant market sectors, key government officials, and representatives from financial regulatory bodies.
