2026 광둥/홍콩 중소기업 지식재산권 및 발전 세미나, 포산에서 개최
"제15차 국가 5개년 계획의 시작: 기업의 해외 진출을 위한 지식재산권 전략 및 실천 방안"이라는 주제로 2026 광둥/홍콩 중소기업 지식재산권(IP) 및 발전 세미나가 오늘(9월 3일) 포산에서 개최되었다.
이번 세미나는 광둥성 내 홍콩 중소기업과 중국 본토 기업 간의 지식재산권 활용 및 분쟁 해결 등 주요 실무 문제에 대한 이해를 높이고, 해외 시장 진출 시 지식재산권 보호 및 관리 전략을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 역량을 강화하며, 제15차 국가 5개년 계획에서 비롯된 새로운 발전 기회를 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 했다.
이번 세미나에는 광둥성과 홍콩의 중소기업 대표, 지식재산권 전문가, 정부 관계자 등 200여 명이 참석했다.
2004년부터 광둥성과 홍콩은 중소기업의 효과적인 지식재산권 보호, 관리 및 활용의 중요성을 알리기 위해 다양한 교류 활동을 지속적으로 공동으로 개최해 왔다.
올해 세미나는 광둥/홍콩 지식재산권 보호 전문가 그룹의 주요 협력 사업으로, 홍콩 지식재산국(IPD), 광둥성 시장감독관리국(광둥 지식재산국), 포산시 인민정부, 홍콩무역발전국이 공동으로 주최하고, 포산시 시장감독관리국(포산 지식재산국)이 주관했으며, 홍콩 경제무역대표부 광둥사무소와 광둥성 대학혁신 상용화 기술이전센터가 공동으로 주관했다.
2026 Guangdong/Hong Kong SME Intellectual Property Rights and Development Seminar Held in Foshan
The 2026 Guangdong/Hong Kong SME Intellectual Property (IP) and Development Seminar was held today (September 3) in Foshan under the theme, "The Beginning of the 15th National Five-Year Plan: Intellectual Property Strategies and Implementation Measures for Enterprise Overseas Expansion."
The seminar aimed to enhance understanding of key practical issues, such as IP utilization and dispute resolution, between Hong Kong SMEs in Guangdong Province and mainland Chinese enterprises; to strengthen the capacity to effectively utilize IP protection and management strategies when entering overseas markets; and to support the full utilization of new development opportunities stemming from the 15th National Five-Year Plan.
Approximately 200 people attended the seminar, including representatives of SMEs from Guangdong Province and Hong Kong, IP experts, and government officials.
Since 2004, Guangdong Province and Hong Kong have continuously jointly hosted various exchange activities to raise awareness of the importance of effective IP protection, management, and utilization for SMEs. This year's seminar is a major collaborative project of the Guangdong/Hong Kong Intellectual Property Protection Expert Group. It was jointly hosted by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (IPD), the Guangdong State Administration for Market Regulation (Guangdong IPD), the Foshan Municipal People's Government, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council; organized by the Foshan State Administration for Market Regulation (Foshan IPD); and jointly organized by the Guangdong Office of the Economic and Trade Commission of Hong Kong and the Guangdong University Innovation Commercialization Technology Transfer Center.
