9월 공설시장 점포 임대 계획 발표
식품환경위생국(FEHD)은 8월 31일 46개 공설시장의 점포 556개에 대한 공개 경매를 9월에 실시한다고 발표했다. 공개 경매에서 낙찰되지 않은 점포는 9월 18일부터 선착순으로 최저 입찰가에 임대될 예정이다.
(1) 공개 경매
이번 경매 대상 점포는 조리식품, 냉동육, 신선육, 생선, 냉동(냉장) 가금류, 과일, 채소, 식품 관련 건식 및 습식 제품, 비식품 관련 건식 및 습식 제품, 상인/서비스업, 시우메이(소매점) 및 로메이(저가매점), 신문 등을 포함한다. 임대 기간은 2026년 10월 1일부터 3년이며, 계약 만료 시 갱신권은 없다. 노점 월세 최저 입찰가는 노점의 크기, 위치, 공실 기간에 따라 다르다.
공개 경매에서 노점의 최저 입찰가는 공실 기간이 6개월 이상인 경우 일반 시장 임대료(OMR)의 80%로, 8개월 이상인 경우 OMR의 60%로 책정됩니다. 공개 경매는 9월 7일부터 10일까지 진행된다. 공개 경매 및 해당 노점에 대한 자세한 정보는 식품환경위생국 웹사이트에서 확인할 수 있다.
공개 경매는 구룡 옌저우 서 87번지, 식품환경위생국 남청 사무소 및 차량기지 4층 410호에서 개최된다. 좌석은 선착순으로 배정되며, 입장권은 각 경매 시작 30분 전에 배부된다.
선착순으로 임대되는 시장 점포의 임대 계약은 2026년 11월 1일부터 3년 고정 기간이며, 계약 만료 시 갱신권은 없다. 점포의 월세 최저 임대료는 점포의 크기, 위치, 공실 기간 및 해당 점포의 최근 공개 경매 최저 임대료를 기준으로 산정된다.

Announcement of Public Market Stall Lease Plan for September
The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) announced on August 31 that it will hold a public auction in September for 556 stalls across 46 public markets. Stalls that are not sold in the public auction will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis at the minimum bid price starting September 18.
(1) Public Auction
The stalls subject to this auction include prepared foods, frozen meat, fresh meat, fish, frozen (refrigerated) poultry, fruits, vegetables, dry and wet food products, dry and wet non-food products, merchants/service businesses, xiumei (retail stores) and lomei (bargain stores), newspapers, etc. The lease period is three years starting from October 1, 2026, and there is no right of renewal upon contract expiration. The minimum bid price for monthly stall rent varies depending on the size, location, and vacancy period of the stall.
**Announcement of Public Market Stall Lease Plan for September**
The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) announced on August 31 that it will hold a public auction for 556 stalls across 46 public markets. In the public auction, the minimum bid price for stalls is set at 80% of the standard market rent (OMR) for vacancy periods of 6 months or more, and 60% of the OMR for vacancy periods of 8 months or more. The public auction will take place from September 7 to 10. The public auction will be held at Room 410, 4th Floor, Vehicle Depot, Nancheng Office, Food and Environmental Hygiene Bureau, No. 87 West, Yanzhou, Jiulong. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and admission tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the start of each auction.
The lease contracts for the market stalls leased on a first-come, first-served basis are for a fixed period of 3 years starting November 1, 2026, and there is no right to renew upon expiration. The minimum monthly rent for the stalls is calculated based on the stall's size, location, vacancy period, and the minimum rent from the most recent public auction for that specific stall.
