황강항 교통량 증가 훈련
1만 명 이상 참가
홍콩정부는 8월 22일, 선전시 관련 기관들과 함께 황강항에서 여객 및 차량 흐름에 대한 첫 번째 교통량 증가 훈련을 실시했다.
70개 이상의 부처에서 1만 명이 넘는 공무원들이 이번 훈련에 참여했다. 참가자들은 각기 다른 대중교통 수단을 이용하여 항구에 도착한 후, 출국 전 출입국 심사 절차를 연습했다.. 또한, 대중교통 운영업체에서 제공한 차량을 이용하여 400회 이상 출항하는 과정을 반복하며 항구의 실제 여객 및 차량 출입 흐름을 시뮬레이션했다.
이번 훈련은 여객 통관을 위한 "협동 검사" 자동화 시스템의 첫 번째 시험 운영이었다. 참가자들은 홍콩 및 마카오 거주자용 중국 본토 여행 허가증(일반적으로 귀향 허가증으로 알려짐)을 가지고 출국장의 자동 검사 채널 또는 수동 카운터를 통해 출국한 후, 선전 측 출국장의 자동 검사 채널 또는 수동 카운터를 통해 홍콩 신분증을 가지고 다시 출국했다. 이 훈련은 자동 채널 및 관련 시스템의 운영 및 조정, 그리고 승객 흐름 관리를 시험하기 위한 것이었다.
이번 훈련에는 보안국, 교통물류국, 공무원국, 홍콩 경찰, 교통국, 도로국, 이민국, 홍콩 관세청, 보건국, 소방국, 건축 서비스국, 전기기계 서비스국, 정부 재산 관리국, 디지털 정책 사무국, 교통국, 식품환경위생국, 농수산보호국, 시민 구조대, 의료 보조대, 그리고 여러 대중교통 운영사를 포함한 다양한 부서와 기관의 대표자들이 참여했다.
2. Increased Traffic Training at Huanggang Port
Over 10,000 Participants
On August 22, the Hong Kong government, in collaboration with relevant agencies in Shenzhen, conducted the first increased traffic training exercise regarding passenger and vehicle flow at Huanggang Port.
Over 10,000 officials from more than 70 departments participated in the exercise. Participants arrived at the port using various modes of public transportation and practiced immigration procedures prior to departure. Additionally, they simulated the actual flow of passengers and vehicles entering and leaving the port by repeating the departure process over 400 times using vehicles provided by public transportation operators.
This exercise marked the first trial operation of the "cooperative inspection" automation system for passenger customs clearance. Participants departed through automated inspection channels or manual counters in the departure hall holding a Travel Permit to Mainland China for Hong Kong and Macau residents (commonly known as a Homecoming Permit), and then departed again through automated inspection channels or manual counters in the Shenzhen departure hall holding a Hong Kong ID card. The purpose of this training was to test the operation and coordination of automated channels and related systems, as well as passenger flow management. Representatives from various departments and agencies participated in this exercise, including the Security Bureau, Transport and Logistics Bureau, Civil Service Bureau, Hong Kong Police, Transport Bureau, Roads and Roads Bureau, Immigration Bureau, Hong Kong Customs and Customs, Health Bureau, Fire Department, Construction Services Bureau, Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau, Government Property Management Bureau, Digital Policy Bureau, Transport Bureau, Food and Hygiene Bureau, Agriculture and Fisheries Conservation Bureau, Civil Rescue Team, Medical Assistance Team, and several public transport operators.
