황강항 공식 개항 준비
홍콩 특별행정구 정부는 오늘 황강항 공식 개항을 앞두고 황강항 지역에서 첫 대규모 교통 통제 훈련을 실시했다.
이번 훈련에는 20여 개 부처에서 약 1,000명의 공무원이 참여했으며, 항만 건물과 대중교통 환승센터(PTI)의 승객 및 차량 흐름 관리 전반을 성공적으로 점검했다.
훈련 참가자들은 프랜차이즈 버스, 단거리 고속버스, 녹색 미니버스, 택시 등 다양한 대중교통 수단을 이용하여 항만 건물 2층에 위치한 PTI에 도착했다. 이후 5층 출발홀과 4층 도착홀을 거쳐 다시 PTI로 돌아와 항만을 떠났다.
참가자들과 운영사가 배정한 차량들은 실제 도착 및 출발 상황을 모의하기 위해 120회 이상의 출발 및 도착을 반복하는 훈련을 실시했다.
이번 훈련에는 다양한 부처, 기관 및 대중교통 운영업체, 즉 보안국, 교통물류국, 공무원국, 홍콩 경찰, 교통국, 도로국, 출입국관리국, 홍콩 관세청, 보건국, 소방국 등이 참여했다.
또한 건축서비스국, 전기기계서비스국, 정부재산관리국, 디지털정책실, 교통국, 식품환경위생국, 농수산보호국, 시민구조대, 의료지원단도 참여했다.
홍콩 정부는 황강항과 주변 기반 시설의 수용 능력을 평가하기 위해 다양한 규모의 훈련을 계속 실시할 예정으로 선전시 당국과 긴밀히 협력하여 준비 작업을 계속 진행하고 있으며, 광둥성 및 홍콩 정부는 항구가 안전하고 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 모든 준비가 완료되면 공식 개장일을 발표할 예정이다.
Preparations for the Official Opening of Whanggang Port
The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government conducted its first large-scale traffic control drill in the Whanggang Port area today ahead of the port's official opening.
Approximately 1,000 officials from over 20 departments participated in the drill, successfully checking the overall management of passenger and vehicle flow within the port buildings and the Public Transport Transfer Centre (PTI).
Participants arrived at the PTI, located on the second floor of the port buildings, using various modes of public transport, including franchise buses, short-distance express buses, green minibuses, and taxis. They then passed through the departure hall on the fifth floor and the arrival hall on the fourth floor, returned to the PTI, and departed the port.
Vehicles assigned by the participants and operators conducted over 120 repetitions of departures and arrivals to simulate actual arrival and departure situations.
Participation in this drill involved various departments, agencies, and public transport operators, including the Security Bureau, Transport and Logistics Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, Hong Kong Police, Transport Bureau, Roads and Roads Bureau, Immigration Bureau, Customs and Border Protection, Health Bureau, and Fire Department. In addition, the Construction Services Bureau, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Bureau, the Government Property Management Bureau, the Digital Policy Office, the Transport Bureau, the Food and Environment Hygiene Bureau, the Agriculture and Fisheries Protection Bureau, the Civil Rescue Team, and the Medical Support Team also participated.
The Hong Kong government plans to continue conducting drills of various scales to assess the capacity of Huanggang Port and surrounding infrastructure. Preparatory work is being carried out in close cooperation with Shenzhen municipal authorities, and the Guangdong and Hong Kong governments plan to announce the official opening date once all preparations are complete to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the port.
