1. 메타의 인수 무산… AI 스타트업 '마누스', 텐센트 손잡고 독립

 중국 당국의 규제 우려로 메타(Meta)로의 인수가 무산되었던 AI 에이전트 스타트업 '마누스(Manus)'가 20억 달러 규모의 지분 재매수를 통해 독자 노선으로 복귀했다. 

마누스는 메타와의 관계를 정리고 빅테크 기업 텐센트를 핵심 전략적 투자자로 맞아 기술 개발을 이어간다.6. '온디바이스 AI' 열풍 타고 기술 기업 '모듈베스트' 상장 절차 착수베이징 소재 AI 스타트업 모듈베스트(ModelBest)가 본격적인 본토 증시 상장을 위해 예비 IPO 절차에 들어갔다. 

최근 자금 조달에 성공한 이 기업은 스마트 자율주행 시스템과 교육용 기기 등에 탑재되는 온디바이스(On-Device) AI 기술을 중심으로 사업을 빠르게 확장하고 있다.

2. 무관세 혜택 100일… 아프리카 수출품 중국 입항 급증

중국이 외교 관계를 맺은 최빈국 아프리카 국가들을 대상으로 전면 무관세 혜택을 시행한 지 100일을 맞아 양국 간 교역량이 눈에 띄게 증가했다.

 통관 절차 간소화와 맞물려 아프리카산 농산물과 원자재의 중국 항구 입항 물량이 가파른 상승세를 보이고 있다.

3. 중국 인민은행, 유동성 공급 제고 위해 대출금리 벤치마크 개편 

시그널중국인민은행(PBOC)이 시중 유동성이 실물 경제로 원활히 흐르도록 대출 금리 결정 기준을 다변화하고 단기 금리 체계를 개편할 방침을 밝혔다. 

중앙은행은 신용 공급의 효율성을 높이는 동시에 시장의 유동성을 안정적이고 풍부하게 유지하겠다는 입장이다.

4. YMTC, 글로벌 NAND 메모리 출하량 세계 3위 도약

중국 반도체 기업 양쯔 메모리테크놀로지(YMTC)가 올 2분기 글로벌 NAND 플래시 메모리 출하량 순위에서 세계 3위에 올랐다. 글로벌 AI 인프라 수요 폭증과 공급망 긴장 속에서 일본 키오시아 등 경쟁사를 제치고 톱 3 공급업체로 입지를 다졌다.
