학교 예방접종 전자 동의 시스템 도입
보호센터는 2026-27학년도 계절성 독감 예방접종 학교 홍보 프로그램에 새로운 전자 동의서 기능을 도입한다고 발표했다.
8월 17일부터 학부모는 eHealth 모바일 애플리케이션을 사용하여 자녀의 계절성 독감 예방접종(SIV) 접종에 대한 전자 동의서를 제출할 수 있다.
건강보호센터는 2025-26학년도에 프로그램 참여 학교 등록을 시작했으며, 모든 학교가 비강 스프레이 생백신(LAIV)과 주사형 불활성화 독감 백신 및 비강 스프레이 LAIV를 모두 선택할 수 있는 "하이브리드 방식" 중 하나를 선택할 수 있다.
2025년 12월 말까지 전체 학교의 99%에 해당하는 2,300개 이상의 학교가 SIV(특별 예방접종) 학교 홍보 활동을 진행했다.
올해 새롭게 도입된 전자 동의서는 절차를 더욱 간소화하고 학부모가 동의서를 작성하는 데 걸리는 시간을 단축한다.
정부는 전자 동의서의 주요 장점으로 학부모의 동의서 작성 간소화, 학교 및 의료기관의 행정 업무 감소, 그리고 예방접종 활동 촉진을 꼽았다.
오늘 8월 12일부터 참여 학교들은 학부모에게 배포할 학교별 QR 코드를 받게 된다. QR 코드는 8월 17일부터 효력을 발휘하며, 학부모들은 그때부터 자녀를 위한 전자 동의서를 작성할 수 있다.
정부는 2026-27년 SIV 프로그램 준비를 적극적으로 진행하고 있으며, 대상 집단 및 접종 장소 등 세부 사항은 추후 발표될 예정이다.
Introduction of Electronic Consent System for School Vaccination
The Health Protection Center announced the introduction of a new electronic consent feature to the Seasonal Influenza (SIV) school outreach program for the 2026-27 school year.
Starting August 17, parents can submit electronic consent forms for their children's Seasonal Influenza (SIV) vaccination using the eHealth mobile application.
The Health Protection Center began registering participating schools for the 2025-26 school year, and all schools can choose between the Live Injectable Nasal Vaccine (LAIV) and a "Hybrid Approach" that includes both the Injectable Inactivated Flu Vaccine and the Live Injectable Nasal Vaccine.
By the end of December 2025, over 2,300 schools—representing 99% of all schools—had conducted SIV (Special Influenza) school outreach activities.
The electronic consent form, newly introduced this year, further streamlines the process and reduces the time it takes for parents to complete the consent form. The government cited the simplification of parental consent forms, the reduction of administrative workload for schools and medical institutions, and the promotion of vaccination activities as the key advantages of electronic consent forms.
Starting today, August 12, participating schools will receive school-specific QR codes to distribute to parents. The QR codes will take effect on August 17, at which point parents will be able to complete electronic consent forms for their children.
The government is actively preparing for the 2026-27 SIV program, and details regarding target groups and vaccination locations will be announced later.
