[홍콩 치안] MTR 애드미럴티역 에스컬레이터 손잡이 바늘 상해 사고 발생

경찰에 따르면, 7월 23일 목요일 오후 애드미럴티 MTR 역 에스컬레이터 손잡이에 숨겨진 바늘 같은 물체에 손이 찔리는 사고가 발생했다. 5번 플랫폼 인근 에스컬레이터를 이용하던 여성에게 발생했으며, 그녀는 퀸 메리 병원으로 이송되어 치료를 받았다.

피해자는 이후 온라인에 글을 올려 다른 사람들에게 주의를 당부하며, 오후 4시 7분경 이스트 레일선으로 향하는 에스컬레이터에서 다쳤다고 밝혔다. 공개된 사진에는 손잡이에 거의 보이지 않는 작은 바늘이 박혀 있었고, 여성의 왼손 새끼손가락 부근에는 작은 상처가 있었다.

MTR 측은 오후 4시경 승객으로부터 신고를 받고 즉시 경찰과 구급대원을 불렀다고 밝혔다. 경찰은 이 사건을 사고로 보고 수사 중이다.

Photos shared by the victim online revealed a tiny, nearly invisible needle lodged inside the handrail belt, which left a minor cut near her left pinky finger. MTR personnel promptly halted the escalator for inspection and confirmed handrail damage. Police are conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances, currently treating the case as an accident.
