1. 이재명 대통령, 순방 직후 밤샘 끝장 회의… "부동산·증시 불안 직접 챙긴다"
7박 11일간의 미국 및 남미 순방 일정을 마치고 귀국한 이재명 대통령이 휴가까지 반납한 채 민생 현안 챙기기에 나섰다.
이 대통령은 귀국 직후 청와대에서 주택 공급 및 증시 안정 대책을 논의하기 위한 비공개 점검회의를 주재했다.저녁 식사마저 도시락으로 해결하며 7시간 넘게 진행된 이날 회의에는 경제부총리와 금융위원장 등 경제 사령탑들이 총출동했다.
정부 출범 이후 잇따른 대책에도 불구하고 주택 매매가와 전월세 가격이 동시에 오르는 이른바 '트리플 강세'가 지속되자, 대통령이 직접 대대적인 정비에 나선 것으로 풀이된다. 청와대 관계자는 당분간 부동산 시장과 주식시장 안정을 최우선 국정과제로 삼고 가용한 모든 정책적 수단을 동원할 계획이라고 전했다.
2. 정부, 국무회의서 형소법 개정안 의결… 부처별 업무보고 시작
정부가 오늘 국무회의를 열고 검찰의 보완수사권 폐지를 골자로 하는 형사소송법 개정안을 의결할 전망이다.
국회를 통과한 개정안이 정부 이송 절차를 거쳐 안건으로 상정되면서 수사권 조정 후속 조치에 더욱 속도가 붙게 됐다. 이와 함께 오늘부터 이틀간 부처별 업무보고도 본격 시작된다.

3. 부동산 세제 개편 가속… 그린벨트 해제 포함 주택 공급 총력
정부가 종합부동산세를 주택가액 기준으로 단일화하고 1주택자 기본공제를 상향하는 내용을 포함한 부동산 세제 개편안을 적극 추진하고 있다.
다주택자에 대한 과세를 현실에 맞게 합리화하고, 실거주 목적의 1주택자 부담을 덜어주겠다는 취지다. 하지만 세제 개편만으로는 매수 심리를 꺾기 어렵다는 판단 아래, 정부는 획기적인 공급 대책 마련에 사활을 걸고 있다.
구윤철 기획재정부 장관 등 경제팀은 도심 인근 그린벨트 일부 해제와 군 시설 부지 활용까지 검토 대상에 올리고 조만간 대규모 주택 공급 방안을 공식 발표할 계획이다.
4. 코스피 널뛰기 장세에 금융당국 '레버리지 ETF' 추가 규제 검토
단일종목 레버리지 상장지수펀드(ETF) 출시 이후 국내 증시의 변동성이 걷잡을 수 없이 커지자 금융당국이 강력한 규제책을 연이어 꺼내 들었다.
